Pine Springs MN Homes for Sale

Conveniently located where U.S. 36 and Interstate 694 intersect, Pine Springs, MN is certainly one of the more convenient locations to consider for commuters needing to frequently travel to either of the Twin Cities. But above all, Pine Springs is much more known for its quiet residential atmosphere than anything else, even despite its close proximity to nearby St.Paul.

Part of Pine Springs’ western boundary loops around the southern end of Long Lake, and along with that, you’ll also find a number of other small lakes and ponds scattered throughout the area as well. As a result, lake homes tend to be the more popular properties on the market that active home buyers want, especially those who love being out on the water fishing, boating, or just enjoying a nice summer day out here in the heart of Washington County, Minnesota.

For runners, bikers, or anybody who likes to stay active, this is an incredible amenity to have located nearby.
